We invite Newton Public Library card holders to access these resources by contacting the library for the User ID and password. The databases are available from a computer outside the library or by using one of the library's computers with access to the Internet.

The databases are:

1. MAS Ultra—Public Library Edition: Provides full text for over 430 general interest magazines and journals, indexing and abstracts for over 525 titles.
2. EBSCO Animals: Provides in-depth information on a variety of topics relating to animals which consists of indexing, abstracts and full text records.
3. Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia: Provides over 25,000 encyclopedic entries.
4. Primary Search: Provides full text for over 65 children's magazines.

Newton Public Library users may learn a new language using Mango.

Ancestry Library Edition is available on computers inside the Library.

Mitchell OnDemand is available for car repair information on computers inside the Library.
