The SCKLS Rotating Library is part of the traveling library collection from the South Central Kansas Library System. The SCKLS book truck comes to Newton Public Library from the SCKLS headquarters in Hutchinson, every two months to exchange the collection. SCKLS Rotating books are checked out for three weeks.
The SCKLS Rotating Library travels to most public libraries and some college libraries in the surrounding twelve counties.
