Volunteer at the Library

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Newton Public Library. The library has a longstanding tradition of working with volunteers, and we are pleased to be reintroducing a volunteer program in our new facility. At present, Newton Public Library offers two volunteer positions: Dust Buster and Collection Wrangler. These volunteer positions serve an important role at NPL, working alongside staff to help maintain an organized and welcoming environment for our patrons.

How to Apply

If you are interested in volunteering, please review the application materials and volunteer handbook, as well as the descriptions of current volunteer opportunities, below.
