In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, most library programs are being held online.

Some events are held via Facebook Live, some via Zoom video chat, and some in both places simultaneously. Please refer to the Newton Public Library Facebook page for details on how to connect to each event.

The Third Thursday and Mystery Lovers book discussion groups combine this month and read "The Life We Bury," by Allen Eskens. An in-person session, with social distancing and masks required, will be held 5-6 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 225 S. Poplar Street. An online (Zoom) session will be held 7-8 p.m.
